Rebates
Medicare
Referral and completion of a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) by your GP entitles you to up to 10 sessions per year with a rebate toward your out of pocket contribution. When booking an appointment with your GP to complete a MHTP, ask the receptionist to book an extended appointment to allow sufficient time. Referral may also be made by a Psychiatrist or Paediatrician.
Private Health Insurance Funds
A referral is not usually required to access private health insurance fund rebates however you are advised to contact your fund to confirm eligibility, rebate amount, and annual limit that apply to your individual case.
Fees
Please enquire as to applicable standard fee for counselling services. In cases of financial hardship, a lower fee may be offered. A cancellation fee may apply if less than 24 hours notice is given and the appointment cannot be filled from wait-list.
Fees for coaching, EAP, consultancy, workshops and training are dependent on the package chosen - please contact to discuss your requirements.
